Aspirant for the House of Representatives, Hon. Olusola Omole, has officially picked up his Expression of Interest and Nomination forms to contest for Ekiti North Federal Constituency II in the 2026 general elections.
Speaking shortly after completing the process last Saturday, Omole expressed confidence in his chances, pledging to deliver meaningful representation if elected. He emphasized his longstanding connection with the people, noting that his familiarity with their challenges positions him well to serve effectively.

“I have been with my people; I understand their problems and I am ready to steer the responsibility,” he said.
The aspirant outlined key priorities of his campaign, including improving the welfare of constituents and addressing insecurity in the area. According to him, tackling these issues will be central to his legislative agenda.

Omole also highlighted plans to create opportunities for young people, stressing the importance of youth empowerment in driving development across the constituency.
Reaffirming his credibility, he pointed to the trust and confidence reposed in him by his supporters. “My supporters believe in me. I have been tested and they know that I will deliver on my promises,” he added.
The 2026 general election is expected to draw significant attention in Ekiti State, with political actors intensifying preparations ahead of the polls.
